We always want to get the most out of it and continue challenging ourselves for better results. The atmosphere among us is informal and fun. We laugh a lot, and all enjoy a good joke. We have a lot of inside jokes, but don’t worry; you’ll pick them up after a few weeks… or months of working here.”

Growth and development
“Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow a lot. As I mentioned before, I started here as an intern. I received great support, and my colleagues showed me what working in a professional environment means. Now, I’m the one guiding and supporting (new) colleagues, which I enjoy. At Fourdesign, there are plenty of opportunities to develop yourself — you can take courses, we’re always willing to help each other achieve the best results, and we truly enjoy challenging ourselves and continuously improving.”

Impact of the work
 “I think the best projects are the ones that not only look good visually but solve the customer's question and where we surprise the customer with a product that is even better than they had dreamed of. That is also what we aim for with Fourdesign; we call it Impact driven branding. The great thing about these projects is that every colleague is deployed, and we can celebrate the successes as one big team.”
