How it started
“Fourdesign was my first real ‘grown-up’ job. My background is quite different — I studied Tourism Management. But when the country came to a standstill due to the coronavirus, I had to take a different path. I came across a vacancy for a Content Marketer on LinkedIn, and it immediately sparked my interest. My first impression of Fourdesign was a good one — and I haven’t left since that day.”

Friendly and professional
“The atmosphere at Fourdesign is almost always fun. Of course, there is work that needs to be done — and we get it done! One of our strengths is that we’re always ready to help each other out. A career in motion
“When I first started here, the marketing department was still small. That’s changed — we now have a strong and fun team, and in that sense, Fourdesign has grown. I made the switch from marketing to office management — a decision I’m still very happy with. After a few years, I was ready for a new challenge. I stepped into a role that hadn’t existed at Fourdesign before. And now, almost a year later, I’m still happy in that role. Time really flies at Fourdesign!”

A bit of everything
“What exactly do you do as an Office Manager?’ That’s a question I often get from friends or family. The answer? A bit of everything! My tasks are very diverse — from administrative work to arranging lunches for clients. There’s always something to do. I also support colleagues when needed, for example, with updating a website or filling in content. So I’m not focused on one specific project, but instead have a more overarching role. That means I get to be involved in all kinds of things — and that’s what makes the job so much fun.”
